unify all search efforts, the request is made to
exclusively handle all activity on a search. We
will conduct research, identify and interview all
candidates, and be the only contact for all
candidates, unless otherwise mutually
agreed.
Confidentiality
of Information: To
the extent allowed by law, all information we
gather to ensure a successful search is treated
with absolute confidentiality. This applies to both
client and candidate information.
Just
as clients are kept abreast of all information
discovered in the course of a search, we ask
clients alert us to any developments that may
affect the search's outcome. In addition, good
lines of communication are essential to a
successful working relationship. The communication
may be made with clients and candidates through
meetings, in person, by telephone, by electronic
means (fax, e-mail, the Internet) and in
writing.
